All of the bones used in my art are ethically sourced either by myself, my dear friends, or bone foragers across the country. All bones are cleaned and degreased so they can be safely worn or displayed. 

I aim to create jewelry and decor that is long lasting and strong, however some of the pieces I make are more delicate than others. With that being said here is a guideline for caring for your jewelry:

• Store your jewelry and decor in a secure dry area, do not allow children or pets to interact with any pieces.
• Do not bend wire pieces, if wire becomes bent over time gently shape it back with your fingers. I don’t recommend using any tools to bend wire back into shape. 
• Do not wear your jewelry in any water, especially pieces with delicate charms, bones, feathers, or taxidermy. 
• For jewelry or decor that has bones, naturally over time bones may have some slight discoloration. Unfortunately that is just the way of bones. If possible, you can leave the bones in sunlight for a few hours and cover the remaining jewelry/decor to keep it from being damaged by sunlight. 
• Be sure to clean the earring clasps before you wear them. Use a damp cloth with water to wipe down. Do not use alcohol, sanitizer, makeup remover, etc. 
• Do not leave your jewelry or decor in direct sunlight, unless it is specified otherwise.

If jewelry, what kind? Examples are earrings, necklace, bracelet, matching set, etc.

 If decor, what kind? Examples are wall hangings, window hanging, car mirror hanging, purse accessories, belt accessories, etc. 

• What is your budget? (Disclaimer: I will try my best to be as accommodating as possible for budgeting, however I reserve the right to deny a commission if we are unable to come to an agreement on pricing)
• What sort of products would you like in your commission? Bones, gemstones, real or faux plants, additional taxidermy pieces like pelts, etc. 
• Your desired measurements, for both jewelry and decor. 
• Any additional questions will be asked during the consultation process. 
• I will require a 25% deposit that comes from your overall commission price that will be due beforehand. 
• I will have a contract written and will need to be signed before the commission creation begins. 
• On average commissions will take an average of 2-4 weeks not including shipping time, however timing can vary depending on the requirements of the commission. 

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. Customers have the option of choosing economic or standard delivery via UPS. All orders can be tracked through Shop (Shopify) or will receive a tracking number from UPS that can be used on their site.

All sales are final for Fox Eye Metallics LLC. However, I understand accidents happen and unforeseen circumstances may occur. Please contact me through my contact form so we may discuss a solution.

Each month I will choose a foundation or organization to donate a percentage of my sales too. I will try my best to provide all possible information I can gather for each cause for all customers and followers to review themselves. At the end of each month I will post a receipt of the donation for everyone to view so there is transparency between Fox Eye Metallics and its patrons.
